Returns & Exchanges
Items which have not been logo'd, embroidered or customized in any way can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the purchase date. Simply follow the steps below or contact us at the email address at the top of this page.
  1. Items that have not been customized or embroidered may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. Please follow the instructions below or contact us at the email above
  2. For all customized or logo’d items, Vanguard will not accept returns or exchanges. Items ordered with logos are FINAL SALE.
  3. Returned/Exchanged merchandise must be returned with original tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Shoes must be returned unworn in their original box. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoe box.
  4. The cost of shipping is not refundable. All merchandise has a built in shipping cost.
  5. Sale items are final sale.
  6. For all returns relating to a faulty product or incorrect shipment, Vanguard will demand credit from the vendor at fault so that the customer, the club, and Vanguard will not have to bear the costs of a faulty product that is returned.
  7. The Club/Vanguard has the right to refuse any returns/exchanges after 60 days of purchase.
Returns
  1. Pack the item securely. Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order OR a copy of the Purchase Receipt. Please note the reason for your return.
  2. Please include a contact name, email address and daytime phone number.
  3. Return shipping address:

    • Credit for returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the full amount of the original purchase; please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to show on your credit card statement.
Exchanges
  1. Pack the item securely. Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order OR a copy of the Purchase Receipt. Please list exchange details.
  2. Include a contact name, email address and daytime phone number.
  3. Exchange shipping address:

    • Please allow 7 to 10 days for your exchange to be processed once we receive the return from you. Please allow applicable shipping to time to have the new item returned to you as well.
Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, each product will be drop-shipped by the manufacturer directly to the customer using a Ground Shipping method. There are a few ways in which this will affect your shopping experience:
  1. The cost of shipping has been included in the final price of each item. As a result you will not have to pay a “Shipping Charge” during your checkout.
  2. If you order items from multiple brands you will be receiving multiple shipments; one package/shipment per brand included in your order.
  3. We can only offer ground shipping options at this time.
Shipping & Delivery for Sea Pines Pro Shop Merchandise
The shipping and delivery information outlined in this section pertains only to items purchased from the Sea Pines Pro Shop section of the online store.
Orders are electronically submitted to The Sea Pines Resort retail staff. An order acknowledgement will be sent to the customer's email once the order has been received.
Items purchased from the Sea Pines Resort Pro Shop category will ship within 2 business days of purchase via UPS Ground. If you would like to expedite your Sea Pines Pro Shop purchase, please contact the Harbour Town Pro Shop (843) 363-8385. An additional fee will apply. Alternatively, you can email your expedited shipping request to the following 3 addresses and someone will get back to you within 24 hours: chilliard@seapines.com, ereed@seapines.com.
UPS Ground (5-7 day) and 2-Day shipping are standard flat rates for the continental U.S. Overnight rates are to be determined upon receipt of destination. International shipping is not available.

Why create an account on the site?
There are several reasons why it is a good idea to create an account on the shopping site before you begin shopping. Here they are:
  1. Expedited Checkout Process - After creating an account you’ll never again have to enter your shipping and billing address during the checkout process. That means a faster checkout process for you. Each and every time.

How to create an account and log in.
Create an Account:If you’d like to create an account with us before the checkout process you can click on the “Account” button at the top right of each page. OR you can wait until you reach the checkout page. At that point you will need to select “Register” and then click on “Continue.” Follow the directions to create your account.
Log In: In order to log in before shopping with us simply click on the “Log In” button at the top right of each page and enter your e-mail address and the password you created for this site. If you have forgotten your password simply click on “Forgot Your Password” and we will e-mail you a new password.
